CSS are pleased to announce a six-month Programme Assessment effort with National Grid Metering which will ultimately establish a Programme Office to support both the regulated and competitive businesses.
CSS are pleased to announce a six-month Programme Assessment effort with National Grid Metering which will ultimately establish a Programme Office to support both the regulated and competitive businesses.
We will assist in defining services and service levels with service providers, define Programme Office processes, agree reporting templates, and implement governance and reporting cycles for both the regulated National Grid Mettering (NGM) and the commercial entity, OnStream. CSS will also facilitate the knowledge transfer of Programme Office policies and procedures to National Grid employees through a series of training sessions.
CSS are delighted with the opportunity to use our experience and insight in developing a structured programme management environment that overcomes the complexities faced at National Grid.
