MPO Benefits
Why a Managed Programme Office? A Programme Management Office (PMO) is created to define and maintain the processes and standards necessary for managing projects. Successful PMOs establish controls and measures, prioritise activities, and enable their managers with the methods, tools and information required for delivery.
But PMOs are not always successful. They are often hindered by a lack of service, rigour, and authority. To address these issues, CSS have developed the Managed Programme Office. |
