Our belief is that any systems or processes are only as strong as the people who operate them. CSS take this very seriously and we ensure that our service is focused on transforming an organisation's behaviours to those which maximise performance. To that end, ours is a managed service offering and we do not consider selling our software without a member of our team being onsite for an initial period. Our people impart our management skills but do not serve as project managers - CSS believe that this integral role must be maintained by the client.

Customer Service. Each customer engagement will be lead one of our senior operations managers to ensure that service delivery is achieved and accountability is clear.

Knowledge. Each team member is either a professional programme office manager or programme office analyst. All are certified in Prince2 and many have experience with major consultancies.

Diligence. CSS pride ourselves in being an excellent employer, and by providing our team with an excellent working environment we can ensure that they remain focused on supporting your business.

Tenacity. The CSS team will work tirelessly to support your programme leads and each will demonstrate the drive necessary to realise your business goals.
