Service Delivery Manager Service Delivery Manager CSS Service Delivery Managers are responsible for leading complex programs and delivering business process, technology, organization, logistics, and business analytic value to our clients. The role will utilize the company’s methodology and tools in driving the behavior necessary to ensure project success.
The role requirements are as follows: A minimum of 3-5 years experience in leading complex efforts in a dynamic, client-facing environment Exceptional interpersonal and written and oral communication skills A proven ability to plan complicated initiatives A proven ability to work creatively and analytically in a problem-solving environment A willingness to travel internationally as required by the role A painstaking attention to detailIdeal candidates would possess the following: Experience working for or with a Big 5 consulting company Project Management certification (e.g. PRINCE2 PMP, CAPM,) |
